Prepare Nails:
- Clean, shape, and lightly buff your nails.
- Push back cuticles and cleanse nails with a lint-free wipe soaked in nail cleanser or alcohol.

Apply Base Coat:
- Apply a thin layer of OPI Gel Base Coat to each nail.
- Cure under the LED/UV lamp for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Apply Gel Color:
- Apply a thin layer of OPI Hello Kitty Nail Gel Color to each nail.
- Cure under the LED/UV lamp for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Apply a second coat for full coverage and cure again.

Apply Top Coat:
- Apply a thin layer of OPI Gel Top Coat to each nail.
- Cure under the LED/UV lamp for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Finish:
- Cleanse nails with a lint-free wipe soaked in nail cleanser or alcohol to remove any sticky residue.
- Apply cuticle oil to nourish and hydrate the cuticles.
