1. Prep the Nails

   • Start by gently pushing back cuticles and buffing the nail surface to remove shine.
   • Cleanse the nails with a lint-free wipe and nail cleanser to eliminate oils or debris.

2. Apply Base Coat

   • Apply a thin layer of TheGelBottle Base Coat and cure under a UV/LED lamp (30-60 seconds under LED, based on lamp strength).

3. Apply ProForm Gel

   • Using a gel brush, pick up a small bead of ProForm Gel.
   • Place the gel near the cuticle area and float it over the nail, gently guiding it to create a smooth, even layer or desired extension shape.
   • For extensions, use a nail form and build the gel out to the desired length, ensuring even thickness.
   • Cure under the UV/LED lamp according to the recommended time for builder gels (typically around 60 seconds under LED).

4. Refine Shape

   • After curing, remove the tacky layer with a cleanser if needed. File and shape the nails as desired to refine the structure.
   • Buff the surface gently for a smooth finish.

5. Finish with Top Coat

   • Apply TheGelBottle Top Coat for added shine and durability.
   • Cure under the lamp for the specified time and cleanse any residual tacky layer if using a non-wipe top coat.

6. Hydrate Cuticles

   • Finish by applying cuticle oil around the nails to keep them hydrated.
